Liu Guoliang, Head Coach of the China National Table Tennis Team, wishes Jimmy Carter a Happy 92nd Birthday

Liu Guoliang (刘国梁), 40 years old, is a highly esteemed Chinese table tennis player. Known for being the second man in history to win at three major world tournaments (the Olympics Games, the World Cup, and the World Championships), he is considered one of the greatest table tennis players of all time.  Currently, he is the Head Coach of the China National Table Tennis Team. In dedication to the role table tennis played in the opening of US-China relations and the role of 39th President Jimmy Carter in normalizing US-China relations, Liu wishes Jimmy Carter a happy 92nd birthday.
